Please leave us a message if we are unable to get to the phone when you call and we will return your call asap. Minimum Service Charge is $125.

How long for my carpets to dry?The answer depends on airflow, humidity, and type of carpet to a large degree but generally we ask customers to allow atleast 10-12 hours for carpets to dry. Please be sure carpets are dry before moving furniture back onto the carpet.

How long for my upholstery to dry?Please allow 3-4 hours for upholstery fabric to dry under normal conditions. When treating for pet stains, odors, or heavily trafficed furniture the dry times may increase as more cleaning agent may need to be applied to get the best results.

What can we do to prepare for your arrival?Please vacuum carpets and pickup or move small items out of the way in rooms that are going to be cleaned if you are able to do so safely.

Are you able to get all the spots and stains out?We treat spotted areas with professional cleaning solutions and techniques. We are successful most of the time. Rest assured that we will exhaust our wide assortment of spot treatment solutions before we declare a stain permanent.

What does "cleaning to the standards" mean?"In 1992, representatives from the carpet manufacturing, carpet cleaning, and the federal government set a common set of standards for the carpet cleaning industry. These standards are now referred to as the Sool-92 standards. It was agreed that cleaning processes should include the following steps: 1. Pre-vacuum 2. Pre-treat spots, stains, and heavily soiled areas 3. Hot Water Truck Mounted Extraction (Steam Cleaning) 4. A thorough rinse 5. Scotchguard fiber protector (extra charges apply) Cleaning your carpet in accordance with these industry standards will help assure that you get a quality cleaning job.

What days are you open and how can I schedule service?Stat Carpet Cleaning is Open Monday - Friday 8 am - 7 pm and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm. When scheduling service you can always give us a ring at (502) 702-1270 or book online by using the book online button in the top right hand corner of the screen. With our convenient book online feature you can schedule service weeks or months out if needed.
